Hi - it's great you are reaching out to others about Alzheimer's. I wish you the best in your continued effort and life ahead. Here's a brief short story with my personal experience. Feel free to forward to others if you think it will help increase awareness and the need for more research and donations to fight this terrible disease. Best, Mike http://mikegannonnyc.blogspot.com/2010/12/ties.html
You are so strong and an inspiration to all! My heart goes out to you. My sisters and I are dealing with our Mom and she is a challenge and in denial. Friends can be as important as family. My best to you!
I was diagnosed with Early On Set Alzheimer's when I was 46 years old. I am now 54 and working in Advocacy to help fight this disease. I speak on a local and national level about dealing with Alzheimer's while living it. Hopefully, my perspective can and will help others.

So true. Plus I have been readin that socialization and exercise both help ALZ patients. I bet you have been and continue to be a wonderful friend.
